Robert Marcus
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Robert established HMO in 1999
to provide professional property management to individual residences by leveraging
the commercial management infrastructure he had developed over the previous
16 years. He is currently president of Robert Marcus Real Estate Inc., (RMRE)
which he founded in 1983. Since that time RMRE has been managing both commercial
and multi-unit residential property in the Boston area. Commercial customers
have included The Federal Savings Bank, US Trust, Fleet Bank, The U.S. Bankruptcy
Eastern Division Court, and others. Residential customers have been a combination
of more that 200 condominium associations and apartment building owners throughout
the metro Boston area. Prior to that Robert worked at a Massachusetts real
estate development firm. Robert is affiliated with the Institute of Real Estate
Management, the National Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association
of Realtors, the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, and has authored articles
for the Banker and Tradesman and New England Journal of Real Estate. He holds
a bachelor degree in economics from the University of Massachusetts.
Mark Dorfman
Director, Client Relations
1982 Graduate of University of
New Hampshire, Public Notary 1981, Licensed in Real Estate Sales MA 1982, Mark
has been with the Home Maintenance Organization since the beginning. Responsible
for establishing new customer relationships and managing all new and ongoing
home improvement and home maintenance projects. Marks background includes
years of property management experience as well as many years of high level
customer satisfaction.
