Seasonal reviews help you notice changes after weather, use and time have acted on the property.
From a safe vantage point, look for blocked drainage paths, staining, standing water, damaged sealant and changes near foundations or openings. Do not access roofs or unstable areas.
Compare siding, trim, masonry, windows and doors with earlier photos. Record cracks, gaps, peeling finishes or movement without assuming the cause.
Follow equipment manufacturer instructions for owner-permitted checks and filters. Unusual noise, odor, cycling or performance should be documented and evaluated by an appropriate professional.
